Reconnecting with the Land

Reconnecting with the land is not just about being in nature—it is about remembering who we are and where we came from. The land is our first teacher, our relative, and our medicine. Everything has a spirit, has a name. It holds the stories of our ancestors, the lessons they left for us, and the knowledge that has always been ours.
