SHORT BIO
I am a MSc student in the McIntosh Lab within SFU's Department of Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology and the Institute of Neuroscience and Neurotechnology. I study women's brain health, focusing on how sex differences and physical activity shape cognitive aging. My thesis looks into Alzheimer's disease risk in postmenopausal women, examining metabolic dysfunction, physical function, and hormonal factors. Before coming to SFU, I studied a BSc in Neuroscience at the University of Exeter.
