SHORT BIO

I lead the development of data platforms and processing pipelines at the Institute for Neuroscience and Neurotechnology, where I also oversee technical training programs and work to build technical capacity across the institute. I collaborate with international and national partners to develop solutions for data sharing across jurisdictions.

My research background is in the network dynamics of cognitive function, and I have lead efforts to create a multi-modal MRI processing pipeline for TheVirtualBrain and developed the Virtual Macaque Brain for computational modelling.
